Terms and information for using Bivetica Invoice.
Protection in the service
Connections use TLS. Passwords are hashed; sensitive integration credentials are protected. Permissions restrict business records to authorised accounts. We maintain operational records to investigate misuse and failures. No claim of certification or perfect security is made.
Payment information
Stripe and GoCardless collect the payment details required on their hosted pages. Invoice stores references, amounts, currencies, payment and subscription status and relevant receipts. Do not send us full card details, security codes or online-banking passwords by email or support messages.
Report a problem
Report suspected unauthorised access, a vulnerability or an incident to hello@bivetica.com or 01491 712012. Include the affected page and a description, without secrets or unnecessary personal data. We investigate, contain the issue and notify affected parties and authorities where required.
Your responsibilities
Protect sign-in credentials, use appropriate device security, keep account contacts current and review team permissions. Retain the exports and records your business needs. Contact us if an account must be secured or access removed.
