Payment and merchant terms
Terms and information for using Bivetica Invoice.
Payments to Bivetica
Bivetica charges for its own software subscriptions and agreed services. Stripe handles card payments and GoCardless handles Direct Debit where offered. The order or checkout states the price, currency, term and any recurring schedule. You authorise the payment on the provider’s hosted page.
Confirmation and renewals
We use verified provider information to record payment; a browser return alone is not proof of payment. Direct Debit can take several working days. Monthly subscriptions renew as agreed until cancelled; fixed-term prepaid purchases do not automatically renew unless separately agreed. Your subscription shows available renewal-cancellation, receipt and card-management controls.
Refunds, failures and disputes
Contact hello@bivetica.com with the order reference if payment fails, a charge is wrong or a purchased service is missing. We investigate and apply the contract and any statutory rights. A provider dispute, card replacement or cancelled mandate does not itself cancel the underlying service. A refund or cancelled payment is recorded separately from the original transaction.
Payments from your own customers
Merchant payment connections are separate from Bivetica subscriptions and require an approved, enabled integration. Where available, the business owns its merchant account and is responsible for its sales, customers, taxes, refunds and disputes. Paying Bivetica through Stripe does not activate Stripe for customer invoices or dealer vehicle sales.
Privacy and optional Link
We retain transaction identifiers, amounts, currency, status and related billing records. Stripe collects card and payment details on its pages and may offer Link to remember details if you choose it. We do not receive your card security code or online-banking password. Read the provider notices linked below for its independent payment, security and regulatory processing.
