Terms and information for using Bivetica Invoice.
Use of the service
Use the service only for lawful business purposes and records you are entitled to process. Keep invoices, adverts, tax records and customer communications accurate. Do not upload malware, infringing material, unlawful content or unnecessary sensitive information.
Accounts and security
Do not access another business’s records, share credentials outside authorised users, bypass permissions, interfere with the service or misuse payment integrations. Report suspected security problems privately to hello@bivetica.com; do not exploit them or access other people’s data.
Payments and tax
Do not use Bivetica for fraudulent charges, misleading documents, unauthorised payments or false tax submissions. A test payment or sandbox tax return must not be represented as a live transaction or filing.
Enforcement
We may investigate reports, preserve relevant evidence and restrict unlawful or harmful use. We explain restrictions where lawful and practicable. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
